Master Plan for the Layout of the City of Mbini

The objective of this project is the layout, design of the infrastructures and facilities in the zoning of the sphere of action of the Master Plan of the Layout of the Industrial City of Mbini; the features are listed basically as:

• Sphere of Action, with a total area of 291,331 m2. The structured zoning is in two stages and with the areas detailed as follows:
  • 1st STAGE: with a surface area of 101,726 m2
    • Surface area for Building Lots: 7,422,095 m2
    • Roads and Access: 1,697,631 m2

      • 1 Large Regulating Tank
      • 773.93 ml of Domestic Water Pipelines
    • Waste Water Treatment Network:
      • 1 Waste Water Treatment Station
      • 2 Waste Water Pumping Stations
      • 964.98 ml of Waste Water Pipelines
    • Electricity Supply Network:
      • 1 Electricity Substation
      • 140.85 ml of Electricity Pipelines
    • Telecommunications Network:
      • 1 Telecommunications Centre
      • 773.93 ml of Pipelines
    • Gas Supply Network:
      • 964.98 ml of Pipelines
    • 2nd STAGE: with a surface area of 153,601 m2
      • Surface area for Building Lots: 6,116,088 m2
